These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through noaholbox.com. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Taller Holbox.

Products

Our jewelry is handmade in our workshop. Small variations in appearance, finish, and dimensions may occur and are part of the handmade process. Our silver pieces are made from .925 sterling silver, 14K gold, and 18K gold.  All gemstones are natural.  All pearls are cultured.  Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless otherwise indicated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable items. If a pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Shipping

Delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Exchanges and warranty

Our jewelry includes a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects, including soldering and setting defects. Covered defects will be repaired without an additional repair charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by impacts, chemicals, or misuse.

We accept exchanges for jewelry that is unused and in perfect condition, with proof of purchase. Items may be brought to our store or returned by shipment. Shipping expenses for voluntary exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Jewelry care

Please handle your jewelry carefully and avoid impacts, harsh chemicals, and improper use. Contact us if you need advice about caring for or repairing a piece.

The photographs, designs, logos, and written content on this website belong to Taller Holbox or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without authorization.

Personal information submitted through our store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
